Remaining balance is due 180 days before departure—we’ll send a reminder. All payments become non-refundable 180 days of departure.
World Untouched Booking Terms & Conditions
If We Reschedule:
If World Untouched must reschedule a trip due to an unavoidable risk to travelers, you’ll receive a 100% credit of all payments made toward any future World Untouched trip. This credit is valid for one year from your original departure date. You’ll be notified directly by email if a reschedule is necessary.
If You Cancel:
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once to another traveler not already booked on that trip, subject to a $100 rebooking fee.
Payments beyond the deposit are refundable if you cancel more than 180 days before the trip start date (some trips have additional specific rules—see the trip webpage).
180 days or fewer before departure: all payments are non-refundable, including deposits.
Deposit credits expire one year after your original trip departure date.
No Exceptions Policy:
There are no refunds or credits for cancellations due to:
Weather, terrorism, strikes, airline issues, medical or family emergencies, travel restrictions, fear of travel, or any other factors beyond our control.
Illness, quarantine, testing positive, or travel warnings.
Any unused portion of a trip due to quarantine, being denied services for health reasons, refusal to follow safety protocols, or inability to complete the itinerary (including being denied boarding, entry, or forced to quarantine).

Guide Authority & Group Conduct:
Your trip will be led by a World Untouched trip guide whose decisions are final on all matters affecting safety or group well-being. Failure to follow guide instructions or behavior that disrupts the group’s experience may result in immediate removal from the trip without refund.
